Purpose:
To train and equip church leaders to make wise and timely decisions when developing church property and buildings for ministry.
To help church leadership, staff and lay leaders understand the stages of assessment, planning and implementation for a church building program. To learn how to evaluate current church facilities in light of existing and planned church ministries. To receive orientation in what to expect when working with architects, engineers, contractors, and cities. To gain a better understanding of how their decisions can impact their project.
